As part of my preparation for the RTW (round the world) trip was to improve my physical strength.
I needed at least to be able to lift my motorcycle, fully loaded, onto the central stand.
Thanks to my trainer, Sigurbjörg Ágústsdóttir, I am able to do that today. I am not able to get the motorcycle back on the wheels if I drop it – unless I remove the aluminum cases.
The exercises are not my favorites, but with encouragement and a positive attitude, Sigurbjörg was able to keep me focused and sweating.
