I shot this video because I was inspired by the different transportation methods used on the Pan-American Highway in Central America. Security is taken very seriously in this part of the world and even at funerals you witness armed guards. The beautiful landscape, full of old volcano mountains sticking out of the earth, fascinated me and made me stop in front of one of them, called San Miguel, where I took some pictures.

After Guatemala, I left the Pan-American Highway and took a route along the Gulf of Mexico on my way to the USA.
