Australia is probably the most difficult country to visit on a motorcycle. Besides the cost of shipping the bike, it is extremely difficult to pass through the custom and the quarantine inspections. Not a single sand corn is accepted or a small leaf in your camping gear.

I made and extra effort to have my motorcycle cleaned and fumigated, before sending it to Perth, Australia by a plain. I was assisted by a local guy, Ferdi, – not only did he assist me, he made my stay in Bali really memorable.

The staff of BMW in Bali was nice and helpful. They strapped and boxed my bike, as well as fixing few things.
