The red soil makes the Australian Outback in Uluru unique. After visiting the iconic Rock (Aeyers Rock), the West MacDonnell, we stepped on board the Ghan Train which took us to Adelaide. In the middle of nowhere – in complete darkness – the train came to a halt and the guests were invited to go out to view the stars. We felt like we were in an Agatha Christie movie, without the murder, of course!
