Laki – South Iceland

In this short video, my main focus is on my mentors in the world of motorcycling, as we went on a two day trip to Laki, a volcanic fissure in the south of Iceland. These guys were part of my inner circle during my round the world trip that ended last June. Guðmundur Ragnarsson was the coordinator, Guðmundur Björnsson was my 24/7 doctor, and Guðlaugur Þórðarson started the idea of going around the world on a motorcycle in the first place.

Björgvin Arnar Björgvinsson, who I have just recently met, joined the group. His skills in riding are clearly visible in this video as he makes it to the top of a steep and rocky hill on his BMW F800 motorcycle (front picture).

We rode totally 755 km (472 miles).
