Morocco – Atlas Mountains

After an hour sailing from Spain to Morocco, things became quite exotic and fascinating. We headed south and rode 1.000 km into the Sahara desert. At the beginning, it was extremely hot and the heat didn’t relent until we started to climb the Atlas mountains. Finally, we reached Merzouga, our destination, and rested there for three days. The last time we were in Morocco, we drove our car – the motorcycle gave us a totally new experience. Our route took us through, Tanger, Rabat, Meknes, Azrou, Timahdite, Zaida, Midelt, Er Rachidia, Arfoud and Merzouga.

This is the first episodes of three from our Morocco expedition.
